Having retired from working as a GP, I am now a Lifestyle Medicine Physician, Health Educator and Coach. My particular passion is to help women in the perimenopause with weight loss and lifestyle health.

I see your health potential and unique beauty, and work with you as you become the most radiant version of yourself. I help you to understand your body and the changes that are occurring in menopause. Nutrition, hormones, stress levels and exercise are all keys to flourishing. Importantly, I also take into account your individual health concerns and any underlying conditions.

With my support you will be able to adjust your own lifestyle choices to make significant changes that impact your health both immediately and long term, helping you care really well for yourself, raise your energy levels, and empower you to look after others even better.

The Radiance Programme is the 30 day online Health Detox and Reset for Women in the Perimenopause

Radiance has been created for you to understand and embrace better diet and nutrition, exercise, sleep, menopause, hormone and nervous system balance, healthy connections and reducing unhealthy substances, as well as habit making and breaking. I have designed it so that you can experience both one-to-one support and group-based learning.

This means you can reach your best current and future health in a compassionate, informed, accountable and celebrated way.

The Radiance Programme

I have designed Radiance Zero especially as a Weight Loss Programme for Women in the Perimenopause bringing together key elements of nutrition, hormone balance, extended fasting and certain types of exercise in an online programme which can be done solo or in a group, and with regular accountability catch-ups with me.

Zero dovetails nicely with the Radiance Programme if desired.

One-to-one Coaching aims to help you go deeper into your health and lifestyle concerns, which empowers you to discover wellbeing and your value as a beautiful and unique individual.

Transforming your Health for Life.

Lifestyle is foundational for both immediate and long term health.

I enable individuals to successfully make positive, sustainable lifestyle changes to their physical, mental, and relational health for the rest of their lives.

This is done through either individual coaching, and through the Radiance Programme and Zero Carb 6, as well as the Glow Girls community.

At an individual level I support each client in the process of recognising themselves as the highly valued, unique, beautiful, individuals they are designed to be. Each client is given the health information, tools and coaching needed to understand and improve their health, resilience and radiance.

At a societal level, I aim through education, individual and group coaching, programmes, and community, to emphasise the importance and value of Lifestyle Health. My hope is that by enabling transformation, client by client, course by course, an impact (however small) will be made on the prevailing burden of chronic disease in our nation and world-wide.

My vision is to bring transformation to the health of women, particularly during their perimenopause years, through education, behavioural change, and a little bit of faith, and also to see the ripple effect of these within these women’s spheres of influence.
